Craig Dickens

Craig Dickens is a true serial entrepreneur, CEO, Certified M&A advisor, Investment Banker and Angel Investor. Having participated in virtually every kind of business dynamic from start-up to IPO, merger to acquisition, Mr. Dickens now serves as CEO and Founder of Merit Harbor Capital, a boutique M&A, Investment Banking & Advisory firm and Broker-Dealer with offices Nationwide.

Craig has started or acquired 14 business across diverse sectors as well as executed 19 add-on acquisitions within those companies creating over 500mm in enterprise value. Mr. Dickens has first-hand knowledge and experience in raising capital across several platforms, as well as executing buy-side and sell-side M&A events before deciding to help other business owners, boards and shareholders create and capture value.

Craig graduated from the University of New Hampshire and went on to attend Babson College’s top ranked Entrepreneurial MBA Program. Craig holds series 24, 82 and 63 licenses and specializes in Sell-Side M&A, Institutional and private debt and equity placements, and assists select high growth start-up’s raise capital.

Craig, his wife Caasi, and five children live in Gig Harbor, Washington. In Craig’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children’s sports teams and finding time for golfing, hiking, skiing and other outdoor activities; as well as reading and participating in an array of church and community events.
